Brand perception is the lasting impression a company creates with their customer or the general public and how the brand influences their feelings and behavior.

Brand experience refers to the total experience a customer has with a brand during their interaction with the brand, both physical and digital. It refers to the emotions, thoughts and reactions evoked by the brand, from initial contact to the use of the product or service and beyond. Brand experience is thus more than just the products or services the brand offers; it also includes the communication, customer service, atmosphere, and values the brand conveys.
